What this page is
Revaro Group LLC is my consulting practice. I am Ron Grinblat, I work alone, and revarogroup.com is a handful of pages describing what I do and how to reach me.
Most terms-of-use pages are a long template with a company name dropped into it. I would rather write down the few things that actually matter on a site like this one and stop there. If a real engagement starts, there will be a signed agreement covering scope, fees, confidentiality, and everything else. This page is not that agreement and does not try to stand in for it.
What is on this site, and what it is not
Everything published here is general information about marketing, growth, and how I work. It is written from experience, and it is written without knowing anything about your company.
That distinction matters more in my field than people tend to assume. A tactic that produced a good result for a B2B software company with a long sales cycle can be actively wrong for a local service business, and nothing on a public web page can tell the difference. Read anything here as a starting point for a conversation, not as a recommendation for your situation.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and I am not qualified to give any of those.
Sending me a message does not hire me
This is the part of the page worth reading twice.
Filling in the contact form does not create a consulting engagement. It does not put me under any obligation to take the work, to reply within a particular time, or to take it on the terms you describe. An engagement starts when both of us have agreed to it in writing, and not before.
It also does not create a confidential relationship. I am careful with what arrives in my inbox and I do not go around repeating it, but that is a matter of how I conduct myself rather than an obligation you have secured by pressing Submit. Whatever you send through an unsolicited message from a stranger is, legally speaking, not protected.
The practical consequence: do not put your revenue figures, your unannounced product, your investor conversations, or your problems with a named employee into that form on a first contact. Describe the shape of the problem instead. If you need to tell me something sensitive before anything is signed, say so in the message and an NDA can go in place first. That is a normal request and asking for it costs you nothing.
I would rather say this plainly on a page nobody reads than have someone discover it after the fact.
The content on this site
The writing, the layout, and the images on revarogroup.com belong to me or are used with permission.
Quoting a passage and linking back to the page it came from is fine and genuinely welcome. Copying a page wholesale, republishing it under another name, or feeding it through a rewriter and passing the result off as original is not.
Reading this site also does not license the methods and frameworks I use in client work. Those are part of what an engagement buys.
Links to other places
This site links out to other sites, including Thryve Digest, which I also operate. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and once you follow a link you are subject to theirs rather than mine. A link is a pointer to something I found worth reading. It is not a warranty about everything else on the far end of it.
What I do not promise
This is a small site run by one person on shared hosting. It will occasionally be down, something will occasionally be out of date, and a link will eventually rot. I fix things when I notice them or when someone tells me.
Acting on something you read here is a decision you make about your own business, with information about it that I do not have. I am not in a position to stand behind the outcome of a choice I was not part of, and I am not going to write a paragraph of borrowed legal language pretending to define the edges of that. If the stakes are high enough to need that kind of certainty, the answer is an engagement with a scope document, not a web page.
Who this site is for
This is a business-to-business site intended for adults acting on behalf of a company. It is not built for or directed at children.
Privacy
What happens to information on this site, including what the contact form collects and what the analytics record, is described on the Privacy Policy page. It is written in the same register as this one.
When this page changes
If what I publish or how the site works changes enough to make something here inaccurate, this page gets revised and the date at the top moves. There is no notification list to join, because there is no mailing list.
