Hello, my name is Ron Grinblat. I’m a growth and revenue marketing consultant. I work on positioning, acquisition, lifecycle and the revenue math that connects them, for B2B and B2C companies across industries.
Twenty years inside, two years out
More than twenty years across B2B and B2C, spanning performance marketing, lifecycle strategy, marketing operations and MarTech. Nine years at RealAge and Sharecare took me from individual contributor to Executive Director of Marketing. Five years at Intuit had me leading Marketing Operations and lifecycle across the TurboTax database. Then marketing technology at MUFG Union Bank, acquisition at ActiveCampaign, and growth at Wagepoint before going independent. That’s consumer subscriptions and B2B software, heavily regulated industries and unregulated ones, databases in the tens of millions and companies starting from close to nothing. The category changes. The underlying problem rarely does.
What twenty years in-house buys you is a filter. I know which marketing advice survives contact with a real budget and a skeptical finance team, and which advice only ever worked in the case study it came from.
A lot of what looks like a demand problem turns out to be a positioning problem. Product marketing is the least staffed function in most companies I meet, and it’s usually where the leak starts.
Revaro Group is one person. If you hire me, the person who answers your email is the person doing the work, and nothing quietly gets handed to a junior on a Friday afternoon. Engagements run from a two-hour workshop through to an ongoing advisory retainer.

Let’s work together
If acquisition has stalled, the positioning no longer fits, the funnel math has stopped making sense, or the email program isn’t landing, that’s the conversation I’d want to have. Whether it turns into a workshop or something longer is worth working out on a call.
